I am now offering a studio consultation plan designed for artists, teachers and really anyone working in ceramics. Have a professional on-call to solve problems and craft solution specific to your needs. Just a phone call away I can help with those pesky glaze defaults, kiln error codes, complex safety requirements, clay reclaim woes and really anything you and your studio or classroom needs to keep operating at the highest standards.
The best part is i'm there when you need it most, no more waiting three weeks to get that wheel back working or hours of searching the web for a basic answer for how to get that bucket of glaze flowing again. All service plan customers will be able to call my cell and get help right away.
Take advantage of my 15 years experience in ceramics. Its like hiring your own studio technician!
What’s included :
This is a annual plan that can be cancelled at anytime. $85 / month or $900 / year
Initial in-person inspection / consultation
plus written recommendation.
Three on-site visits.
Visit may include equipment repair and maintenance, studio consultation, general troubleshooting, kiln training, special project support, and instruction. 3 hours maximum per visit. parts not included
10 hrs per month - Email / Phone consultation.
10 hours maximum per month. Contact James during Resource Hours to answer questions, get advice, and assist with studio / kiln troubleshooting. Resource Hours are Mondays through Fridays, 9am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm. Unused consultation hours do not roll over.
